Geriatric Home Treatment Clinician

Rotherham Doncaster & South Humber Foundation Trust is seeking a clinician to assess and support older adults with mental health crises in the community. You will apply your clinical skills to develop treatment plans and ensure comprehensive care.

The successful candidate will work with a multidisciplinary team and provide evidence-based interventions, supporting the patients’ families and communities. Flexibility in working hours is required, with a shift rota covering seven days a week.
