We are an innovative charity supporting young people’s mental health in Oxfordshire. We are seeking an individual with legal expertise to join our committed board of trustees.
What difference will you make?
By giving some time every month, you can make a real difference to young people’s mental health, shaping our charity at a governance level and with our strategic direction. Hearing stories about the way the Oxfordshire Discovery College has transformed young people’s lives really gets you in the gut – and you can be partly responsible for that!
What are we looking for?
We require a professional with legal experience. Specifically, we need someone who has a sound knowledge of charity law and compliance, as well as being familiar with the associated policies and procedures. This role is ideal for someone who is able to work as part of our friendly team, whilst also able to work independently.
Hybrid Work
Work will be hybrid, combining onsite and remote commitments as needed.
What will you be doing?
We require an experienced legal specialist to join our board at an exciting time of growth and transition to ensure we operate as effectively as possible. You will provide expertise on charity law, compliance, policies and procedures, and support strategic governance. Your contribution will be crucial to ensuring our development continues.
