We’re XMP — an AI-enabled field operations platform for telecoms, utilities, renewables, and construction. We’re building the financial intelligence layer on top of our platform, and we need someone to lead it.
Role
This is a customer-facing and internal finance hybrid. You’ll work directly with customers to build Power BI dashboards and Power Automate reporting flows — combining XMP operational data with their finance platforms (Xero, Sage, QuickBooks). You’ll also own our internal management accounts and reporting.
It’s a start-up. The role will grow with you.
Qualifications
- Solid Power BI skills — data modelling, DAX, report building
- Power Automate or similar workflow experience
- Comfort working with finance data and accounting platforms
- Customer-facing confidence — workshops, data walk-throughs, stakeholder comms
- Financial literacy — P&L, job costing, WIP, margin analysis
- A self-starter mindset — we’re a small team moving fast
- Bonus: SQL/Python, Azure Data Factory, CIMA/ACCA, telecoms/utilities experience
