Head of HR & People Strategy (7-Month Maternity Cover)

Carlisle Support Services is seeking a Head of HR for a maternity cover of 7 months. The role encompasses leading the HR Advisory team and delivering our HR Strategy in alignment with core values.

This position requires a professional with a minimum CIPD level 7 qualification and a strong background in managing senior relationships, supporting HR processes, and driving employee engagement. The role is hybrid based in Luton with regular nationwide travel.
