Lead 3rd Line Engineer – Managed IT & Security

Intercity Technology is seeking a skilled 3rd Line Engineer to join our Managed IT team in Birmingham. In this role, you will act as the technical authority for complex infrastructure challenges, lead investigations into incidents, and shape engineering standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365, alongside a proven track of managing multi-layered infrastructure issues. A hybrid working model is supported, requiring some travel to customer sites.
