NPI Electronics Manufacturing Lead

Redline UK is looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager in East Sussex to lead their NPI Development team. This role focuses on ensuring quality and cost-effective manufacturing of new products while overseeing prototype builds and relevant documentation preparation.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with PCBA and a proven record in new product introduction within electronics assembly. A relevant Engineering Degree and leadership experience in manufacturing teams are essential.
