Gibson Search is seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Team Leader to lead the Mechanical Applications & Design team in Shoreham-by-Sea. You will deliver bespoke, safety-critical diesel engine packages and forklift conversions for hazardous environments.

The role entails managing a team of 7 engineers, translating customer requirements into compliant designs, and assisting in technical discussions. Candidates should have a related degree, strong mechanical design experience, and ideally formal ATEX training.
