Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, digital advertising, and engagement initiatives) to generate high-quality sales leads.
  • Deliver digital campaigns aligned to business objectives across regions that require assistance e.g. lead acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Plan and deliver social media strategy (organic and paid), including building and maintain audience profiles for each industry sector to enable best in class promotional activity.
  • Support the team with LinkedIn, Google Ads and ABM.
  • Assist in executing the email marketing automation for group & digital channels.
  • Work with the wider Marketing team to execute and manage the recommended paid search and social activity to support campaign lead generation.
  • Track and evaluate the performance of our digital marketing activities (email, search and social) to continually optimise results and lead generation, evaluate ROI and make recommendations for ongoing improvements
  • Define guidance and best practices for the Marketing teams to ensure digital content is developed and leverages keyword research that will positively influence search engine rankings
  • Champion best practice, capture learnings, standardise reporting and support regional marketing teams with their activity as appropriate

Requirements

  • An understanding of B2B ecommerce essential
  • Financial services, insurance, consultancy or other B2B markets would be considered
  • LinkedIn and Google Ads experience essential
  • Team player with strong stakeholder management experience essential
  • Experience of working in a fast‑paced business at this level or equivalent
  • A degree or equivalent in marketing or marketing‑related subject or an alternative marketing qualification
  • Excellent standard of verbal and written communication
  • Ability to prioritise and work across multiple projects.
  • Ability to deal with/influence key influencers and decision makers.
