Senior Remediation PM – Residential (East Midlands)

Construction, Property and Engineering is looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee remediation works on residential buildings in Nottingham. This role requires strong client-facing skills and experience on projects with housing associations or local authorities.

The successful candidate will manage site activities, ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act, and work in a busy environment under tight deadlines. The position is temp-to-perm with additional sites expected in the near future.
