Resident Liaison for Retrofit & Planned Maintenance

WPS is looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to manage and deliver the Tenant/Customer/Resident Liaison Service across multiple retrofit sites in Crawley. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a Full UK Driving Licence.

You will act as an escalation point for complaints and attend client meetings, ensuring top-notch service throughout planned maintenance projects. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on customer experience.
