In this role, you will supervise Wealth Planners and Managers, enhancing their development and ensuring compliance. You’ll collaborate closely with management, embed a strong risk culture, and lead initiatives that positively impact the team’s performance.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 4 Financial Planning qualification and extensive supervisory experience within financial services, specifically retail regulated products. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively engage with senior stakeholders.
