The Company

A leading organisation with a background in renewable energy, with an appetite for further expansion, developing and optimising the market in power systems and executing industry‑leading HVDC turnkey projects.
The Role
As EPC Senior Project Manager some duties would include:
- Lead the HVDC Project department through EPC phases
- Oversee a HVDC Megaproject with a value of £1bln from end‑to‑end
- Lead 10+ direct reports
- Plan and coordinate internal and external stakeholders
- Handle contractual and technical negotiations
- Progression to HVDC Director within 3 years
The Person
As the HVDC Senior Project Manager you will likely have:
- MSc in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years professional experience in HVDC projects
- Extensive project management, stakeholder management and organisational skills
The progression opportunities for this role are real and successful candidates will realistically achieve Project Director position within 3 years.
