Darktrace is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Greater London to manage a portfolio of 30-40 clients. You will enhance customer satisfaction by driving adoption of Darktrace’s solutions and pursuing upsell opportunities. This role requires over 5 years of experience in customer success or related fields, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will effectively demonstrate solutions to security experts and report to the Director of Customer Success. Opportunities for mentorship and professional growth are also available.
