Lorien is looking for a Senior Major Incident Manager to join their Technical Command Centre in Belfast. In this role, you will lead high-severity incident management, coordinate technical teams, and ensure effective communication during crises.

The ideal candidate will bring proven incident management experience, stakeholder management skills, and a strong understanding of ITIL practices. This shift-based position requires participation in an on-call rota.
