Senior ML Engineer: AI Reasoning & Traces (Remote)

Alignerr is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer (AI Training) to contribute to shaping advanced AI systems. You’ll be responsible for authoring high-fidelity reasoning traces that teach LLMs how to solve real-world problems reliably.

This fully remote role focuses on authoring structured thinking processes, ensuring clarity and precision in design. Ideal candidates will have experience in model reasoning and a strong grasp of how LLMs function.

The position offers flexibility to work 10–40 hours a week, providing independence and the opportunity to collaborate with leading AI research labs.
