About the Job

We are looking for a Full‑Stack Developer who can work hands‑on across both backend (.NET/C#) and frontend (React/TypeScript) technologies. In this role, you will build high‑volume, highly available enterprise applications using modern design principles, Agile delivery methods, and robust CI/CD pipelines. Collaboration is at the core of this position—you will work closely with cross‑functional teams, contribute to architecture and solution design, perform code reviews, and produce clear, maintainable technical documentation.

Hybrid working

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role

  • Perform hands on development using the latest versions of .NET, C#, and frontend technologies including React and TypeScript.
  • Build full stack solutions, integrating React/TypeScript user interfaces with .NET backend APIs.
  • Apply strong expertise in Object Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, SOLID principles, and architectural patterns.
  • Contribute to the development of high volume, high availability enterprise‑scale applications.
  • Work within Agile delivery methodologies, ideally with experience in SCRUM.
  • Design, optimize, and maintain database systems, with strong understanding of relational database design.
  • Implement Test Driven Development (TDD), write robust unit tests, and support Continuous Integration pipelines.
  • Leverage CI/CD and automation tools to ensure high quality, frequent releases.
  • Critically analyze system designs and provide constructive feedback to improve performance and maintainability.
  • Conduct code reviews focusing on maintainability, scalability, and adherence to engineering best practices.
  • Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong understanding of unit testing, design patterns, and CI/CD pipelines.
