The Project Delivery Manager is responsible for the allocation, coordination, and commercial oversight of all projects within the Order Management / Contracts function. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with Carrier quality standards, while maintaining strong customer relationships and protecting margin.

What will you be doing?

  • Allocate projects based on complexity, location, and capability
  • Maintain oversight of all live projects and delivery performance across the portfolio
  • Own project margin performance and proactively identify and mitigate commercial risks
  • Act as escalation point for delivery, commercial, and customer issues
  • Coordinate with factories, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Ensure accurate order-to-delivery alignment with Customer Care Administrators
  • Drive consistent delivery standards, governance, and reporting
  • Support continuous improvement of delivery processes and scalability of the operating model

To be successful in this role you will have/be

  • Proven experience in project delivery, operations, or project management within HVAC, construction, or building services
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project margins and financial performance
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana and/or MS Project
  • Strong understanding of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), particularly within SAP/S4 for managing multiple billing milestones
  • Experience using SAP S/4HANA (or similar ERP systems)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between £42,000 and £84,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
