This position offers the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership, contribute to strategic decision-making, and help build a best-in-class finance function within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
What you’ll be involved in:
- Delivering accurate and insightful financial reporting to support business performance
- Supporting planning cycles through budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Managing cash flow reporting and helping optimise working capital
- Strengthening financial governance, controls, and compliance frameworks
- Driving improvements across finance processes, systems, and reporting capabilities
- Collaborating with teams across the business to provide meaningful financial insight and support commercial decision-making
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified ACA, ACCA, or equivalent
- At least two years’ post-qualified experience within a commercial or operational finance environment
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and understanding of UK financial reporting requirements
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Confident communicator who can build relationships across both finance and non-finance teams
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving businesses and enjoys taking ownership
