Strategic Leader – Maintained Early Years Provision

BRIDGEND COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL is seeking a Manager for Maintained Early Years Provision to lead and innovate early years settings. You will provide strategic leadership to ensure alignment with local authority priorities and national expectations.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in early years provision and a track record of developing others. You will ensure an inclusive practice that enables all children to thrive. This is a fixed-term role up to 31 March 2028, and a driving license is essential.
