Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Associate Dentist role based in Corby for a Romanian‑speaking dentist. We are flexible in terms of work days and hours and we can adjust to your schedule. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for providing patient‑centered dental care, diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, performing preventative, restorative, and cosmetic procedures, and developing tailored treatment plans. Additional responsibilities include educating patients on oral health practices, maintaining accurate patient records, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene protocols in the clinic’s facilities.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical knowledge and skills in preventative, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with patients
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed and accurate dental records
- Commitment to upholding high safety and hygiene standards in a clinical setting
- Experience in diagnosing and developing personalized treatment plans
- Relevant degree in Dentistry (e.g., DDS, DMD) and full licensure to practice
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
- Fluency in Romanian is required
- Polish not required but would be an advantage
- Experience in a private practice or similar healthcare setting is advantageous
