Stephen James Consulting is seeking an experienced Clinical Home Manager for a large nursing home in Nottingham. This role involves providing strong leadership and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while driving occupancy and compliance with CQC regulations.

The ideal candidate should be a registered nurse with a minimum of three years’ experience as a Home Manager and have a passion for outstanding care. A competitive salary of £65,000 – £70,000 per annum is offered based on experience.
