Senior Youth Justice Social Worker and Safeguarding Lead

Bedford Borough Council is looking for a highly skilled Advanced Social Worker or Youth Justice Practitioner to become a vital part of our Youth Justice Service. You will manage complex caseloads requiring professional oversight and help achieve positive outcomes for children and families.

This role involves mentoring staff, leading on safeguarding, and has a clear framework for equal opportunity. The job is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, and candidates with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
