Residential Care Officer Level 2
Location: The Beacon, Grantham
Working Pattern: Full‑time, shift pattern including sleep‑ins
Salary: £32,597 to £35,412 plus sleep‑ins (£43.12 per night)

Due to recent changes in immigration law in the UK we are unable to offer skilled worker visa sponsorship for this role as it does not meet the requirements of RQF Level 6.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience within a care profession is desirable.
- Good understanding of trauma‑informed practice and child development.
- Compassionate, excellent communication skills and a calm professional demeanour.
- Intermediate IT skills and the motivation to provide the very best care for our children at all times.
- Required: Level 3 Children and Young People’s Workforce Diploma.
- A driving licence is desirable but not essential.
