Senior Memory Health Practitioner Older Adults Care

Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT) is seeking a Band 6 Senior Mental Health Practitioner for their Memory Assessment Service in Peterborough. In this role, you will conduct assessments and provide person-centred care for older adults experiencing cognitive impairment or suspected dementia.
