Senior Community Mental Health Practitioner – Older People

NSFT Jobs is seeking a dedicated Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to join our team in Ipswich, focusing on older people’s mental health services. This role offers a good work-life balance with 9-5 hours over 4 days a week, allowing a total of 30 hours of work. As part of a supportive team, you will manage a caseload and work collaboratively with other professionals.
