Senior Clinical Pharmacist – Community Mental Health

Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist for their Community Mental Health Services in Scarborough, Whitby, and Ryedale. The successful candidate will enhance patient care through the improvement of medication processes and education, and will work closely with community teams and primary care.

This role is pivotal in delivering the ambitions of the new NHS 10 Year Plan. A master’s degree in Pharmacy and substantial experience in mental health pharmacy are required, along with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
