Location: Bristol

Salary: £28,000 + Uncapped Commission (OE 50K+ in Year 1). 25 Days Holiday. Rapid progression. Full Training Programme.

Responsibilities

• Develop and win new business for the recruitment consultancy.
• Manage the full life‑cycle of recruitment: client acquisition, candidate sourcing, interviewing, placement, and post‑placement support.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Collaborate with senior team members to build a high‑performing recruitment pipeline.

Qualifications

• Background in sales or business development.
• Driven, target‑oriented, and motivated to progress into management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to develop new recruitment skills.
