Teneo Studio is the in‑house creative team turning complex B2B challenges into clear, compelling ideas across brand, content, campaigns and engagement.
The Role
Develop ideas and shape brand‑led work across identity, campaigns, digital and editorial. Take ownership from concept to delivery. Challenge, refine and push the work to a higher standard. Support and direct junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong, concept‑driven B2B ideas that translate into distinctive brand and campaign work.
- Design brand identities, visual systems and campaign outputs.
- Apply clear editorial thinking to layout, reports and long‑form content.
- Bring brand guidelines to life with confidence and consistency.
- Work across digital, print and campaign touchpoints.
- Take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery.
- Present ideas clearly and confidently to colleagues and clients.
- Direct and support junior designers.
- Maintain high standards across typography, layout and craft.
Requirements
- Strong experience at a senior level in a design studio, agency or in‑house team.
- A portfolio that shows original thinking, strong typography and distinctive brand work.
- Proven ability to develop ideas, not just execute them.
- Strong editorial and layout skills, including reports and long‑form content.
- Confident presenting, with the ability to structure and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strategic thinker who understands how creative work supports broader business objectives.
- Able to articulate the value and impact of design decisions beyond aesthetics.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong working knowledge of Figma.
- After Effects a bonus.
- Deep understanding of typography, layout and visual systems.
- Experience working with brand guidelines across multiple touchpoints.
- Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable taking ownership.
- Curious about how AI can support the creative process.
