The Role
- Maintain, fault‑find and repair electrical, control and instrumentation systems across the site
- Work with motors, drives, control panels, PLC‑based equipment and SCADA/HMI systems
- Calibrate, test and verify instrumentation including pressure, temperature, flow, level, weighers and analytical devices
- Support commissioning activities, loop checks, PID tuning and reliability improvements
- Record all work through the CMMS and operate safely under permits and LOTOTO procedures
What You’ll Need
- Level 3 apprenticeship/NVQ in Electrical, Instrumentation or Automation
- 18th Edition plus experience with PLCs/SCADA
- Strong industrial electrical fault‑finding background
- Instrumentation knowledge and confidence using calibration/test equipment
- Mitsubishi PLC experience is a strong advantage
