Senior Cost Engineer – EVMS & Project Controls

Turner & Townsend Plc. in Glasgow is seeking a Cost Engineer to support major projects through accurate project cost control and reporting. The role involves development and tracking of cost control data structures, managing budgets, and reporting on project performance including Earned Value Management metrics.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified graduate with proven experience in project controls and cost management systems such as Prism and Ecosys. Knowledge of financial systems like SAP and Oracle is advantageous.
