Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Maintenance Engineer

Salary and Benefits include:

• 30-40k basic salary depending on experience
• Door to door Travel pay
• Van, fuel card, phone
• 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
• Call out rota and overtime available

A great opportunity to join an established and expanding air conditioning and refrigeration contractor who pride themselves on providing high‑quality service to their clients. They cover London and the home counties, offering service, maintenance, design and installation on a range of systems, and actively work to reduce energy consumption for their customers. Employees receive care and can progress within the company through further training.

Responsibilities

• Providing planned maintenance on commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
• Working on cold rooms, walk‑in fridges and freezers, ice machines, cellar cooling, bottles fridge and everything in between, including splits, multi‑splits, VRVF and VRF equipment
• Covering the London and M25 area
• Working with clients such as hotels, bars, restaurants, commercial companies and care homes

Qualifications

• Living anywhere in or around the M25 / London area
• Maintenance experience with air conditioning and, ideally, refrigeration; candidates with air‑conditioning experience alone will also be considered
• Bias toward either conditioning or refrigeration is acceptable
• F Gas certification required; IPAF and PASMA would be beneficial
