London Area

£60,000 – £70,000 Basic Salary

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive service visits on BMS installations.
• Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, communication, and controls‑related faults.
• Perform system modifications, upgrades, and optimisation works.
• Analyse trends and system performance to improve energy efficiency and operational reliability.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company and client procedures.

Desired Experience

• Proven experience working within the Building Management Systems (BMS) industry.
• Strong knowledge of one or more major BMS platforms.
• Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic capabilities.
• Good understanding of HVAC controls, plant operation, and building services.
• Experience working in critical environments such as data centres, hospitals, or large commercial facilities would be advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence.
