Trainee Area Manager

£66,000 – £94,000 per annum | 35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Enhanced family leave

What you’ll do

• Regularly visit your stores to ensure smooth operation, focusing on efficiency, productivity and operational compliance.
• Mentor and support Store Managers in recruiting, training and developing teams, while improving store performance.
• Attend regional office meetings monthly to align with company goals.
• Create an environment where teams perform at their best, shift after shift, in line with Leadership & Company Principles.

What you’ll need

• Experience motivating and leading teams to achieve outstanding results.
• Ability to interpret complex reports, set next steps and monitor new initiative effectiveness.
• Drive to continuously learn and stay abreast of evolving business aspects.
• Effective communication skills to support teams with new launches, concepts and processes.
• Willingness to learn, lead and be hands‑on with strategy and planning.
• Full UK driving licence.
