What you’ll do
- Regularly visit your stores to ensure smooth operation, focusing on efficiency, productivity and operational compliance.
- Mentor and support Store Managers in recruiting, training and developing teams, while improving store performance.
- Attend regional office meetings monthly to align with company goals.
- Create an environment where teams perform at their best, shift after shift, in line with Leadership & Company Principles.
What you’ll need
- Experience motivating and leading teams to achieve outstanding results.
- Ability to interpret complex reports, set next steps and monitor new initiative effectiveness.
- Drive to continuously learn and stay abreast of evolving business aspects.
- Effective communication skills to support teams with new launches, concepts and processes.
- Willingness to learn, lead and be hands‑on with strategy and planning.
- Full UK driving licence.
