Telesales Executive – Insurance Team

Basic Salary: £26,808 per annumOn Target Earnings (OTE): £7,500 (uncapped, guaranteed for first 4 months)

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to landlords to sell insurance, understand their needs, and maximise sales opportunities.
• Achieve set targets and KPIs.
• Provide an outstanding customer experience, making landlords’ insurance solutions as easy as possible.
• Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to build relationships and share learnings to deliver the best outcomes for landlords.
• Record information in relevant databases and keep lead portal up to date.
• Explain compliance regulations to landlords and adhere to these processes.
• Attend relevant compliance, product, and service training.
