Deputy Support Manager — Lead Compassionate Care Team

AFFINITY TRUST is seeking a Deputy Support Manager in Market Weighton to support the independence of adults with learning disabilities and related needs. This role includes empowering a team of around 40 staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. The position offers full-time hours and includes an on-call rota.
