Respite Care Services Team Lead

Leicestershire County Council is looking for a Care Services Team Lead at The Trees Short Breaks in Hinckley. This role requires leading a team providing respite care for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality care and compliance with safeguarding procedures, while providing direct support to service users.

Applicants should have supervisory experience in social care and hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent. This permanent part-time position offers a salary of £32,070 – £34,359 annually for 30 hours per week.
