Florin Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Home Manager in Exeter, Devon. In this role, you will be accountable for overseeing the daily operations of the home ensuring high standards of care for residents. You will also focus on marketing efforts to boost occupancy and promote a positive environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience as a Home Manager, strong knowledge of CQC guidelines, and be skilled in staff recruitment and retention.

The salary is circa £70,000 – £75,000 DOE plus potential bonuses.
