Work Base: Ollerton & Boughton Family Hub, Newark-on-Trent, NG22 9TD and Trent Villages Family Hub, Newark-on-Trent, NG22 0NA

Salary: £25,185 per annum (pro rata)

Type of vacancy: Permanent

Work pattern: Part Time – 22 hours per week

Working Arrangements: Office Based

Job Summary

A Business Support Administrator will support families and children in the Family Hub Networks in Newark & Sherwood District, performing a variety of administrative duties to enhance service provision.

Responsibilities

  • Be well organised and demonstrate initiative.
  • Show flexibility in response to changing work demands.
  • Use problem‑solving skills to address administrative challenges.
  • Communicate effectively and work well as part of a team.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Full driving licence and access to own vehicle (taxi service provided if needed).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with data systems.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and General Data Protection Regulations.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
