The Role

  • Conducting outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Identifying and engaging prospective clients and decision-makers
  • Generating and qualifying leads for the wider commercial team
  • Booking meetings and supporting pipeline growth initiatives
  • Researching target markets, businesses, and industry trends
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and activity tracking
  • Working closely with internal teams to support commercial strategy
  • Contributing ideas and insights to improve outreach effectiveness

About You

  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, business development, or a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication skills, particularly over phone and email
  • Confident conducting outbound outreach and building relationships
  • Highly organised with strong follow-up and time management skills
  • Motivated, resilient, and target-driven
  • Eager to learn and develop within a commercial environment
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced team setting
