The Role
- Conducting outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Identifying and engaging prospective clients and decision-makers
- Generating and qualifying leads for the wider commercial team
- Booking meetings and supporting pipeline growth initiatives
- Researching target markets, businesses, and industry trends
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and activity tracking
- Working closely with internal teams to support commercial strategy
- Contributing ideas and insights to improve outreach effectiveness
About You
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, business development, or a customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills, particularly over phone and email
- Confident conducting outbound outreach and building relationships
- Highly organised with strong follow-up and time management skills
