What you’ll be doing
- Translate strategy into a clear, outcome-driven roadmap (6-month horizon)
- Define priorities, OKRs, and delivery milestones that align with business goals
- Use market insight and competitive analysis to shape smart decisions
Lead Discovery & Build the Right Things
- Test ideas early with experimentation and prototyping
- Define clear requirements and success metrics
Deliver with Impact
- Partner with Engineering & Design to bring ideas to life
- Remove blockers, make trade-offs, and keep delivery on track
- Lead successful launches—from documentation to customer rollout
- Measure success and feed insights back into the roadmap
- Line manage and coach a team of Product Owners
- Elevate backlog quality, delivery standards, and ways of working
- Build capability and confidence across the team
- Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Present roadmaps and product updates to senior leaders
- Use data and feedback to drive decisions and prioritisation
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years in Product Management (with SaaS experience)
- Strong track record delivering outcomes—not just features
- Deep experience in agile, discovery, and outcome-based roadmapping
- Experience managing or mentoring Product Owners
- Ability to inspire, coach, and drive performance
- Confident communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
- Skilled in customer engagement and stakeholder management
- Able to influence without authority
- Comfortable with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical thinking
- Strong judgement in balancing trade-offs and ambiguity
Bonus points if you have
- Automotive, retail, or wholesale experience
- Exposure to both B2B and B2C products
- Interest in AI/ML or digital retail innovation
