Oakleaf Partnership is seeking an experienced Global Talent Programme Manager to oversee a portfolio of talent and development initiatives. This role emphasizes ensuring that talent investments are effective, scalable, and aligned with strategic business goals.

The successful candidate will engage with Programme owners and stakeholders, using analytical insights to evaluate programme performance and drive improvements. A strong focus will be on integrating AI and technology to enhance processes and maximize programme impact.
