Lexology PRO is our premium legal research offering. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to expand reach and drive revenue growth across international markets. This role is based in London and reports to the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Outreach and prospecting to uncover opportunities, refining outreach strategies.
- Deep discovery of customer pain points and aligning Lexology PRO solutions to deliver value.
- Conduct tailored product demos and articulate value to prospects across sectors.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Own the full 360 sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, building pipeline, demonstrating value, navigating procurement, closing deals.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce and report on KPIs such as AOV, conversion rate, churn.
- Work with account managers and customer success to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Contribute to team strategy and share insights on ICP trends, objections, market feedback.

- Work closely with CS and AM to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience.
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in legal tech, SaaS, or professional services.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong communication skills with ability to tailor messaging to different personas.
- Proactive mindset and resilience in navigating objections and complex buying cycles.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Clari and experience using methodologies like MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN.
- Collaborative and competitive; motivated by team wins as well as personal success.
- Entrepreneurial spirit; driven to build new solutions.
