CRM Manager

£50,000 – £55,000

Hybrid – Lancashire (2-3 days per week)

This is a high impact CRM Manager role within a growing organisation investing heavily in data driven customer engagement. You will play a central part in shaping lifecycle marketing strategy, optimising customer journeys, and delivering measurable outcomes across a multi channel environment.

The Role

You will lead the delivery and optimisation of CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives, focusing on improving engagement, retention, and commercial performance.

• Design and execute personalised multi channel campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, and digital channels

• Develop segmentation and targeting strategies using customer behaviour and lifecycle data

• Own campaign performance, using A B testing and analytics to drive continuous improvement

• Identify new customer journey opportunities and make strategic recommendations

• Champion CRM best practice across internal stakeholders and wider business teams

• Support onboarding of new business units and align CRM activity to operational capacity

• Manage and develop a small team, ensuring high quality delivery and professional growth

• Work closely with senior leadership to implement CRM strategy and roadmap

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong commercial experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing within customer centric sectors such as retail, healthcare or direct to consumer

• Expertise in email marketing with exposure to additional channels including SMS, direct mail, and digital

• Deep understanding of segmentation, targeting, and customer journey mapping

• Hands on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Blaze or similar

• Data driven mindset with experience in testing, analysis, and performance reporting

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members

• Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for customer experience
