HR Transformation PM – Onsite Belfast, 18-Month Contract

Line Up Aviation is seeking an HR Transformation Project Manager for an 18-month contract in Belfast. In this role, you will take the lead on critical HR projects, particularly the implementation of the MyPulse HR tool. This includes managing new clocking systems and reporting excellence.

Ideal candidates will possess a Post Graduate Qualification in HR and demonstrated project management capabilities. Strong communication skills and change management experience are essential.

The position is fully onsite with a 36-hour work week at a competitive hourly rate of £36.45.
