Qualified Pharmacy Assistant – York (Job Ref: 11718) – 16 hour permanent contract
Shift Pattern
- Wednesday 09:00-18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
- Friday 09:00-18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
Responsibilities
Assist the business in providing an efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service to customers, with specific responsibility for assisting with the dispensing and labelling of prescription items, receiving prescriptions, handing out prescription items and managing stock levels within the dispensary.
Qualifications
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Pharmacy Services is essential; skills in planning, attention to detail and working under pressure are required. Great people skills and the ability to work as part of a well‑established team are paramount.
