Lead Early Years Educator – Baby Room

NHS is seeking a Senior Early Years Educator to lead a small team in our baby playroom at Sussex House Nursery, Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton. The candidate will oversee daily activities, ensuring high-quality care and educational standards for children aged 6-15 months.

Applicants must have a minimum Level 3 NVQ in Childcare & Education and substantial experience in early years education. This is a fixed term role covering maternity leave with benefits including an excellent NHS pension.
