SEMH Support Assistant – Long-Term School Role

Engage Partners Limited is seeking a Behavioural Support Worker for a local SEND school in Hastings. This role involves supporting learners with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs on a one-to-one basis, along with working collaboratively with other staff to engage pupils and providing feedback to teachers.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience with challenging behaviours but training can be provided for passionate individuals. The position promises excellent support and is geared towards long-term commitment within the school.
