Home-Based Specialist Occupational Therapist (Band 6)

Cheshire & Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is offering an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist post within the Rural Alliance Care Community Team based in Chowley Oak. This role involves assessing and treating patients with complex rehabilitation needs, working autonomously, and supporting community rehabilitation.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Band 6 Occupational Therapist or be a Band 5 therapist seeking progression. The position is part-time at 30 hours per week.
