Residential Childcare Worker — 24/7 Care & Sleep-In Support

TAMESIDE COUNCIL is seeking a passionate Residential Childcare Worker to join the team at Children’s Home Denton. Your role will involve providing 24-hour care for young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs, and you will participate in a flexible working rota including day shifts, weekends, and occasional night shifts.

If you have a genuine care for children and can motivate them to reach their potential, this is the opportunity for you, regardless of whether you hold the NVQ Level 3 qualification as support will be provided to obtain it.
