Position: Patient Advisor – Business Development Team

We are seeking a confident, patient‑focused communicator who can manage, appraise and interpret relevant data and present it in a timely and professional manner. Experience in a patient‑facing environment is an advantage. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients to understand and support their needs.
• Collect, interpret and present data relevant to patient experiences.
• Build positive relationships with patients and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the Business Development Team’s objectives.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a patient‑facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze and present data clearly.
• Commitment to a patient‑first approach.
